If an order is placed for a product listed as backordered, we process your payment at the time the order is submitted. This allows us to better manage fulfillment timelines and avoid delays that could occur due to expired or inaccurate payment information. If you placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you have a few options. You may review comparable products on our site and place a new order instead.
