Little Cottage Company® has designed easy-to-construct Panelized Kits and Precut Kits. Panelized Kits come with pre-assembled walls and Precut Kits are precut, primed, labeled and ready for paint. You will only need very basic skills and a few basic tools. Both styles are primed and ready to paintt. Our kits have been successfully assembled by people all over the world.

If an order is placed for a product listed as backordered, we process your payment at the time the order is submitted. This allows us to better manage fulfillment timelines and avoid delays that could occur due to expired or inaccurate payment information. If you placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you have a few options. You may review comparable products on our site and place a new order instead. If that’s the case, contact us immediately and we’ll cancel and refund your original order. If your item hasn’t shipped, we can also cancel the order and issue a full refund after confirming with the manufacturer. To do this, simply email us at sales@orenzaliving.com with your request. Refunds typically take up to four business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
