Palmako Emma 8x7 Log Cabin Kit
The Palmako Emma 4.6m/sq is an ideal smaller log cabin offering a number of potential uses. The Emma can be transformed into an outdoor retreat, a home office, an art studio, a workshop, a playhouse, or simply a gorgeous storage shed for all of your garden equipment or spare stuff. With 28mm Walls and superbly manufactured windows and doors, the Palmako Cabin can be a high-quality and attractive storage shed or even be a small office in the garden. The window and door in the front wall of the Log Cabins can exchange places during the build if you wish. It's a wonderful addition to your house that your family will enjoy for many years.
Important Note: The item you will receive will be a natural untreated wood color and you will have to treat the wood and paint it. Paint and wood treatment, are not included.
LEAD TIME
Items are usually shipped 1-2 days after the order. Depending on customer location, delivery time is 5-7 days.
SHIPPING
This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

Regarding the delivery, does it come with a lift gate? Does the delivery person help with unloading the package?
Larger items such as garden houses will be delivered on a flatbed truck with a piggyback forklift. The delivery drivers will assist you as much as they can, but they are only required to drop off the package curbside or in the driveway.

Are Foundations, Roofing materials, and paint/stain not included?
Roofing materials and paint/stain are not included in the package. As well as you will need to prepare an appropriate foundation or base, such as concrete, gravel, treated 2x4s, or cinder blocks before delivery.
- Does it come with runners and floor joists?
Foundation joists are included in all packages. If you have any questions about setting this up, we'll be more than happy to help!
- Are roof shingles included?
Shingles will not be included in the package. However, you can easily find these materials in any local hardware or home improvement store. Providing the square footage of the roof will usually be enough information for the staff to calculate exactly how much you need.
- How are the sheds packaged? Do they come in a crate or in a pallet?
The sheds are wrapped in plastic with straps and will arrive on a pallet. It is important to have a box cutter ready when you are about to open the pallet so it will be easier for you to access the contents.

Is it possible to exclude the floor during the assembly and installation of the shed?
This is possible, although you should make sure to put a moisture barrier between the walls and the ground. It is not described in the manuals, so you would need to attach the wall elements securely to your provided foundation. However, it is important that all directions start with assembling the provided joists base before any other steps are taken.

If an order is placed for a product listed as backordered, we process your payment at the time the order is submitted.
