The Main Package includes a weather station, while the ALT Package pulls weather data from the Main System.

- Package 600 + Drawing – Adds detailed shop drawings for easy installation.
- Package 600 + Drawing + Commission – Includes shop drawing & onsite commissioning by personnel (travel expenses covered).

If an order is placed for a product listed as backordered, we process your payment at the time the order is submitted. This allows us to better manage fulfillment timelines and avoid delays that could occur due to expired or inaccurate payment information. It also helps protect against fraudulent transactions and ensures we don’t have to store or handle your sensitive financial data at a later date. These protocols are part of our commitment to keeping operations smooth, secure, and efficient—allowing us to offer competitive pricing while minimizing risks for both you and our team.
If you placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you have a few options. You may review comparable products on our site and place a new order instead. If that’s the case, contact us immediately and we’ll cancel and refund your original order. If your item hasn’t shipped, we can also cancel the order and issue a full refund after confirming with the manufacturer. To do this, simply email us at sales@orenzaliving.com with your request. Refunds typically take up to four business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Unless we hear from you in writing with a cancellation or change request, we will assume you would like your current order to remain in place until your item becomes available to ship. We will continue coordinating with the manufacturer to fulfill your order and will notify you with shipping and tracking details as soon as they are provided.
